CONCRETE ROOF INSULATION

GreenRroof® is a lightweight insulating screed made from recycled EPS particles, used to insulate flat concrete roof slab structures effectively.

The insulating aggregate also assists with waterproofing because of its hydrophobic properties.

THE INSTALLATION

GreenRroof® is applied directly on top of the flat concrete roof slab. A finishing waterproofing membrane is recommended once the screed has cured, to prevent water ingress at perimeter walls and other protruding structures.

GreenRroof® can be mixed to different screed densities, achieving different R values and compressive strength requirements. See below table as a guideline:
